The 1.1 cu.ft. interior includes a removable ceramic board that lets you heat more items with its innovative shelf system. Dual magnetron cooking provides even heat distribution throughout the interior to maximize performance and reduce cooking time. To conserve on power use, this unit can be set to single magnetron operation. The ceramic bottom does not include a turntable. Fully featured, the SCM1800M2 is specially designed for convenient operation in busy restaurant and foodservice settings.
