    Before You Purchase

    Let us help you get it right the first time.


     Most returns can be avoided by reviewing model specifications and installation guides before purchasing. Our knowledgeable appliance experts are available to help answer questions and ensure the product fits your needs. Contact Us.


     

    Damaged Shipments

     

    • Inspect your appliance before accepting delivery.

    • If visible damage is present, refuse the shipment and note the damage with the carrier.

    • If you choose to accept delivery despite damage, we may offer:
      • A damaged markdown, or

      • A cosmetic service repair, if appropriate.

    • Damage must be reported to our team within 48 hours of receipt.

    • Damage discovered after the carrier has left must also be reported within 48 hours.

    • After signing for and accepting delivery, the customer assumes responsibility for all damage claims.


     

    Defective Merchandise

     

    • Please install and test your appliance as soon as possible after delivery.

    • If an item is defective not due to shipping damage, contact customer support within 24–48 hours of receipt.

    • If a defect occurs after the first use, please contact the manufacturer directly. Manufacturer contact details are included with the product.

    • Missing parts are covered within 30 days of delivery and should be ordered directly through the manufacturer.

    Warranties

     

    Manufacturer warranties are void if (warranty Information):

    • A residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, or

    • The unit is taken outside of the continental United States.

    • Park Ave Appliance follows all manufacturer warranty terms and policies.

    Please note, we are not responsible for installation or shipping charges when a replacement is authorized by the manufacturer or Park Ave Appliance.


     

    Product Does Not Meet Your Needs

     

    Please conduct all appropriate research before purchasing.
    If a product does not meet your needs, you must contact customer service within 30 days delivery.

    • Returns are accepted if:

      • Has not been opened and all packaging is intact.

      • Product literature and blank warranty cards are enclosed in the exact condition in which they are received.

      • Has not been installed, or attempted-to-be-installed.

      • Return authorization is provided within 30 days of delivery (subject to a restocking fee).


     

    Returns, Refusals & Fees

     

    • A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

    • Closed box returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

    • All returns and refusals are subject to a restocking fee (up to 30%).

    • Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are non-refundable.

    • Free shipping, rebates, and promotional offers are voided upon return or refusal.

    • All returned items must be shipped prepaid, using the original shipping method.

      • Freight items must be returned via a freight carrier for safe transport.

      • Please contact customer service for a list of approved carriers.

    • We are not responsible for missing, incorrect, or damaged items reported more than 30 days after delivery.


     

    Final Notes

     

    • Park Ave Appliance reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.

    • Policies are designed to align with manufacturer requirements and freight carrier standards.
