SUMMIT's SCF series of commercial storage freezers with sliding glass tops includes deluxe models in a range of sizes, built to last and priced for value. The SCF1712DT has a 62" width and a over 17 c.f. of capacity. The sliding doors are made from tempered safety glass, with a lock included for added security. Sleek aluminum frames increase product visibility, with reinforced corners for added durability. Strong casters allow smooth mobility for easy cleaning. Inside, the SCF1712DT has a deep aluminum interior designed to operate between 0 and 5 F to best hold sorbet, ice cream, and other frozen treats. A digital thermostat makes it easy to manage and view the temperature. This unit is manual defrost and includes a drain. The SCF1712DT is made in Denmark and is ETL-S listed to NSF-7 commercial standards.
