The masterful design holds in heat to create an oven-like experience. The ACCU-PROBE™ temperature gauge accurately monitors interior temperature. The uniquely shaped WAVE™ rod cooking grids are 9 millimeters thick and made from 304 stainless steel. The thick stainless steel evenly distributes heat while the WAVE™ shape cradles food. There are seven staggered sear plates below the WAVE™ grids. This gives the PRO600RB added surface area to vaporize grease, giving added flavor to your grilled foods. The added benefit of these unique, stainless steel sear plates is that there is not a crevasse for buildup, keeping your stylish PRO Series Grill clean. Under the sear plates are four stainless steel tube burners. When every burner is lit, you have 56,000 BTU's of grilling power.
