(P) (/P)(P) SO MANY WAYS TO GRILL (/P)(P) The Prestige Series P500RB-SS-1 has an 18,000 BTU rear burner and comes with an included heavy duty rotisserie in the box. Rotiss the perfect meal; locking the juices in for incredible roasted meats and vegetables. The P500RB-SS-1 from Napoleon can do more than just rotisserie. Sear things quickly over one burner or all of them. With the P500RB's superior heat retention and sealed lid construction, you can also roast or even bake cookies and cakes. Turn your P500RB-SS-1 into a smoker by using the Napoleon Smoker Pipe. Simply fill it with soaked wood chips and place it over the lit burners. The lid will hold the smoke in and circulate it around what you are smoking. You can even turn your Gas Grill into a charcoal grill with the Cast Iron Charcoal Tray. Imagine swiftly lighting charcoal with a gas burner, then grilling the perfect steak full of that charcoal grilled flavor. (/P)(P) GRILLING IN STYLE (/P)(P) From the inside out, the Prestige Series P500RB-SS-1 is built to last. The lid and body are constructed from high grade 304 Stainless Steel, providing superior corrosion resistance. Inside the grill is no different. The interior is made from stainless steel too, from the five burners to the 7 staggered sear plates. That means more surface area for grease vaporization adding more flavor to your food. They are also easy to clean and there is nowhere for gunk to build up. The cooking grids are made from porcelainized cast iron and will season just like a cast iron frying pan. The process of porcelainization coats the unique WAVE™ grids with a thin layer of glass that prevents rusting. The shape cradles food and heats evenly. The cooking grids are reversible as well. When grilling, tougher meats tend to dry out, the grooves in the cooking grids hold the naturally occurring moisture against the grilling meat, preventing excessive drying. The JETFIRE™ ignition system's innovative design shoots a jet of flame to light the burners; that's how. This innovative igniter remains cool, increasing longevity. The P500RB comes with a full width drip pan that will catch any of the grease that somehow made it past the staggered sear plates. But that is unlikely because there are seven of them. There are convenient tool hooks inside the doors for added storage. And every P500RB is test fired before going in the box.
