Hot water
(B)Hot water(/B) Some Miele washing machines feature an additional connection for hot water, well water, and rain water. With the hot water connection, you can save energy if domestic water is heated using solar technology, for example. Alternatively, you can make use of well water or rain water. Foreign objects such as paper clips no longer end up in the drain pump.

water protection system
(B)Safety thanks to an additional sensor(/B) water protection system monitors the water intake with a water level sensor. Water intake is stopped automatically if the normal water level is not reached. If there is water leakage inside the machine, the inlet valve inside the machine closes and water in the suds container is pumped away. A float switch in the drip tray also detects leaking water.
