Park Ave Appliance is proud to offer free threshold delivery on most appliances across the continental United States through our trusted network of carriers.
How It Works
- Minimum purchase of $1,299 is required for free threshold delivery.
- To confirm if your order qualifies, simply enter your zip code at checkout.
Important Exceptions
- Deliveries to remote areas may not qualify for free delivery and may incur additional surcharges.
- Certain oversized or specialty items may also require additional handling fees.
What’s Included in Free Standard (Curbside/Threshold) Delivery
- Delivery to the nearest accessible point outside your home (curbside or threshold).
- Signature required to confirm receipt and condition of your order.
- Please Note: Free standard delivery does not include steps, unpacking, installation, or removal of old appliances.
What’s Not Included in Free Delivery
- Delivery up or down stairs
- Appliance unpacking
- Plugging in or installation
- Packaging/debris removal
- Haul-away or removal of old appliances

Additional Charges May Apply For:
- Professional-style appliances
- Appliances weighing over 300 lbs
- Deliveries involving stairs or door removal
- Remote or hard-to-access locations (including ferry transport)
- New York City Congestion Fee

Special Delivery Notes
Remote Areas: May require additional surcharges.
Ferry Deliveries: Flat fee applies for locations requiring ferry access, including Fire Island, Shelter Island, Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, and parts of Washington State and Massachusetts.
APOs / PO Boxes / International:
- We do not ship to APOs or PO Boxes.
- Shipping is limited to the continental U.S. only.
- We do not ship directly to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other international destinations.
