- Bread Proof Mode
- takes proofing dough to new heights. A heating element and fan circulate consistent low heat to help activate the yeast and promote rise.
- Broil Mode
- uses a grill element in the top of the oven to broil at temperatures up to 400(degree)F, eliminating the need for a countertop toaster oven. The included oven rack fits a 9" x 13" pan.
