I bought my oven 14 months ago and am very unhappy. The numbers for the range have faded. The double and triple burners make it especially confusing to determine what temperature you are using.
I called customer service and got no satisfaction.
The oven is barely over a year old.
I dont think I would recommend or purchase another LG product.

The directions provided are not very good. Theyre not detailed enough. To understand how the stove actually works. when I called the customer support three times none of the agents could explain the Wi-Fi part. They told me just to use the manual controls. Well I bought the stove because of the Wi-Fi and if I cant get it to work then why did I even buy it as far as I know it only turns on the oven. Im thinking it should turn on the air fryer as well but I cant seem to get it to work and cannot get the help I need.

I bought this stove almost 2 years ago and am pretty disappointed in the quality of the product for the price. Since buying it weve had to have repair service out 4 times so far. When it was delivered I discovered that one of the burners had detached from the underside of the cooktop. Figuring it was from shipping I called LG they promptly sent someone out to fix it. IF ONLY..... Since then weve had other issues. It wouldnt maintain oven temperature the control board had failed and needed to be replaced. Next the oven wouldnt heat up the oven element needed to be replaced. Most recently the clock stopped working another circuit board needed to be replaced. Not looking forward to what happens when my extended warranty runs out but I can say I wont be replacing this with another LG....
In conclusion if for some reason you still to buy an LG appliance let the buyer beware and get the extended warranty youll need it

I will give a 0 if I could. Range stopped working I called LG center they are in Philippine I had a hard time understanding them. They gave me two LG authorized to fix things company number. I called they told me they are too far away one in sf one in alameda fremont. I told them I am just in Milpitas its like five min away from fremont they refuse to come help me. I have to end up finding some other so called non authorized repair company only to find out the wire at the back of range within the case is not even isolated well and somehow power shorted to ground I have to spend another 700 to fix I need to fix it quick for cooking food for family. They told me the wires outside plastic covering is very poorly done practically not there in a region and it cost the short. All in all ur product quality behind the range case sucks ur service sucks big time. I can not even imagine how such a company like urs can even operate and survive. I will not again and I will tell everyone I know to not buy LG. The product and service quality is just unbelievable. Unbelievably bad.

We have had this stove for two weeks and absolutely love it We went with LG fridge and microwave as well for a complete set. So far we have used the cooktop and oven on regular bake and convection bake. All features work perfectly and the burners adjust perfectly. The oven temperature is spot on as well. We especially like how the burner heat changes immediately much like a gas stove. The only thing we have to get used to is the cooktop shows every bit of spatter and fingerprints but I think thats a personal problem LOL. My wife and I highly recommend this range as it is a great product and value for the price.

I purchased and have had no problems. I had to replace my microwave and when I pulled out my stove the side was caved in I did not buy the extended warranty. So I called the store where I purchased nothing called LG and they did nothing. Buying the extended warranty to me now means that LG does not stand behind their products. The stove gets very hot it will soften my butter that sits near the stove and gets very hot.

This truly is the worst range Ive ever owned. I had so many hours for it with all the good features and the look and all and yet I hated it so much I got rid of it after a year and a half of trying to make it work. First issue was cleaning the stove top. The glass is textured with a tiny diamond pattern and when you burn something on it which everyone will because water splashed or boils over it is nearly impossible to clean every one of those little divots in that textured diamond pattern. I spent more time trying to clean this stove top than I have work all the other stones Ive owned combined. Next issue was that the oven heated to the right temp but somehow left my food undercooked or raw. This oven never cooked out baked right ever. I had to give up and buy another brand. That was a long year and a half.

This is my second LG stove after 21 years it was time for change. After looking at other models there is no comparison to this LG stove. The air fry fan is super quiet. And I do you like tap the door turn the light on function. Convection cooking works great I have no complaints. Go to the store and check the bottom drawer on other models youll see the quality of the LG. Models. Theyre just built better.

Junk Severe problems with mother board. We have our 2nd one thanks to the warranty. Had the 1st one about a month and it would randomly cut back on after I used it. The 2nd one is even worse. The oven light even comes on on its own. We trip the breaker on it when we are done so it will stay off.

I bought this a month ago and thought it was everything Id ever wanted I bought it via Lowes and they did not install it correctly and now I have had to have LG techs come out TWICE to get my oven to work. It would not hold the heat at all.

The bottom drawer opens so hard that it is unusable and apparently cannot be repaired. I understand that things happen and when I contacted customer service it was the biggest runaround ever. I currently have an LG washer and refrigerator but I will never buy another LG product. NEVER

I am just learning about my new range as we purchased it just two weeks ago. So far it has exceeded my expectations. It is sleek looking the controls are intuitive in their use the oven pre-heats quickly. I greatly appreciate the printed Owner Manual which came with the stove. Having a printed manual that I can keep in a nearby drawer is much better for a new owner than being required to go on-line for instructions. I do wish that their was illumination of the controls. It is difficult to see them.

I bought this range less than 3 months ago but it turned out to be a nightmare first i noted a small crack on the glass cooktop when i was cleaning then it became big then afterward on of the burner started to act up. i contacted LG they were less helpful i ended up janking it for now and got another model. I will not recommed anybody to wast their money on this stove .

We bought a new electric range from LG and I have to say that this must be the worst stove we have ever bought. It almost feels like they had a bunch of leftover parts and put them together and then they put Wi-Fi on it to make it sound like a great stove. model #LREL 6325.
You have now been warned. I could have written a book about everything that is bad/wrong with this stove but it just makes me so mad all over again and no they dont take it back their answer is that I dont know how to us it I have been baking for over 40 years.

Found that the glass on the inside of the oven was not installed correctly. There is a 1/4 inch gap on one side. Oven temperature does not seem correct. Cooks things too quickly.

Havent had a long time but I did air fry some tater tots and they turned out great. Stovetop is right on temperature as is baking. Nice big oven area. Have confidence that more options that are picked will work excellent

I love everything about this range with the exception of the oven racks falling with hot food every time I try to remove anything from the oven. I had a casserole dish break with our dinner when ready to remove resulting in ordering take out for the quick fix while waiting for the food from the oven to cool down enough to clean not to mention the broken Pyrex dish. This has happened to many baked items with most I could selvage. My fear is at some point getting burned. I did contact LG and they send a new rack that did not fix the problem I believe its the oven itself. In the middle it seems just a whisker too wide resulting in the rack collapse. Not sure if this is a problem in all ranges of this style or mine just happens to be faulted.

Most Dangerous stove. When you use the bake feature it heats up the glass elements stove top the front of the oven and all the stainless steel on the front of the oven. It heats up so high that it is able to severely burn a person hand. We have grandchildren and if they were to accidentally touch this while it was baking it could lead to a 3rd degree burn on their little hands. I see right on this site that this has been a problem several times with other customers and one leading to a dangerous fire in their home. I cannot leave my oven on when not at home because of the danger of it getting so hot it would start a fire in our home. Also noticed some of the elements do not turn up and down in temperature correctly.

I purchased a new LG electric range Feb 2023. The top of the range seems to work. However I have only tried to use my oven twice . on mothers day oven worked. Then tried to use oven for the second time Labor Day. No such luck the oven would not work. Tried to bake oven control panel would not allow a temperature. To be set nor would pressing the start button to work. I purchased this because we thought the LG brand was dependable. No such lickCant get the store Best Buy to honor any service or exchange product. LG sent a technician today that will to order and replace. The control panel. Not pleased with this appliance. It seems there is the possibility this could happen again. I was very please with technician who identified the problem and gave helpful tips.

I bought this stove a month ago and so happy that we did. It was in the dent and scratch area of Charlie Wilson. But it was a top of the line and the side panel had been replaced. Perfect Salesman explained all the features and we are so pleased with the stove.

Ive had this range for 18 months and i regret purchasing it.
The oven part of this range is fine. Everything else is disappointing.
My complaints:
- Weirdly hard to press the buttons. Instead of simply touching the keypad I find myself pressing harder and harder until im practically punching it.
- Rear burners are too low wattage to be particularly useful. Takes them 2-3 times as long to boil water as my old range from another manufacturer.
- Dial on front right range is inconsistent with all the others. Which direction makes it more hot is reversed for no good reason. Cramming 3 burners worth fo settings in one dial means that tiny movements make a huge change in heat. The detent between the 1st and 2nd burner High on 1st burner low on 2nd burner is slightly miscalibrated so when you think youre on high for the 1st burner youre actually on low for the 2nd burner. Since this range has two useless low wattage burners at the back there is no value in having this additional one on the front. It would have been better if it had simply been a medium and a large one and the dial wasnt backward from the all the others.
- LG thinq app is awful. It has mandatory ads you cant disable. The integration with this range seems wrong. If you leave the front left burner on for an hour it sends you a notification that youve left the front right burner on.
- Products registered on LG website have to be separately registered in thinq app.

Happy with the range as its a step up from what we had however the only complaints are that the air fryer takes much longer and doesnt come out that crispy VS how we used to bake we found that the air fry baskets are useless/ scams and that it gets crispier on a cookie sheet with flipping once whats very strange is when you put in the degrees using conventional bake or broil it actually governs your temp to 25 degrees lower automatically confirmed with customer support this is how it was designed how strange I would prefer it heat to the number I want then automatically lower the pre heat temp to 25 degrees lower I would rather learn the timing around conventional then have to remember the range wont listen to the number I enter. Also the app is very basic. I would have liked to have more info/ data on the app and also I was expecting/ promised a crispy air fry.

Ten months after purchase the broiler element blew out. After two months and four visits by a repairman the range is working now. However when the element blew it embeded metal into the enamel of the oven. LG said it was cosmetic and not a safety issue so they would not fix it. The range worked nicely the first ten months but now I have a fairly new range with an oven that looks terrible. I have an LG refrigerator dishwasher clothes dryer washer TV and microwave. I am happy with all of them.

I could only give this a 3 out of 5 stars due to the fact that the oven racks will not stay in place when product is on them. As I try to slide the rack forward to remove anything it falls...VERY DANGEROUS with the hot food splatting and spilling everywhere. I called LG and explained the rack shelf in the middle of the oven seem to be 1/8 to wide and will not hold the product...They sent a new rack to replace and it still does the same thing. Im not sure at this point what can be a good fix

The oven looks nice. we had problem backing in the stove. The top get done while the bottom still not cooked. Just called service. Replace the board. first test today was good. we have to try it more before the final verdict.

Weve now had the stove for about 3 weeks and I LOVE it. Stove is way more high tech than our old stove but the manual that came with the stove is excellent and answered all my questions. The oven heats up significantly faster than our old stove which Im anticipating will save us on our electric bill. Another plus weve noticed that it must be well insulated because it does not heat up our kitchen like our old stove did. Highly recommend

I love having the turn knobs for the stove top. Our previous LG was button only for the stovetop. Has many features that we are still finding and it looks great in our kitchen with the matching microwave.
