I invested the extra cost in this vacuum as I am a big LG fan. I loved the promise of an ergonomic and powerful cordless vacuum especially one that promised to take care of pet hair. But it was broken less than a year after I bought it. The dealer on Amazon wouldnt honor a warranty and I have yet to get a response from LG on a repair.

I love that this vacuum comes with a second battery but the suction is not as strong as I would like. The snap connector that connects the tubes broke within the first couple of months and you cannot order the snap connector separately - you have to get a whole new tube - so Ive made do with some scotch tape. It is handy that the charging unit lets you charge the vacuum in a standing-up position.

Ive had this almost a year cant complain it works well and is small enough to keep stored without taking up much room. Only one thing I think could be better is the power suction. Its not as strong as other brands Ive had.

I purchased this a few months ago and The vacuum stopped working after three months. I called customer service and Ive had no luck with replacing or fixing the vacuum. I will never buy an LG vacuum again.

It would well except that the latch to the canister broke and were having a hard time finding a replacement part. Otherwise its great.

Vacuum dies after 14 months

We purchased this vacuum because of the apparent quality of LG and the slick setup of the vacuum stand and extra battery. The vacuum has been lightly used and we appreciated how easy and light it was to work with around the house. Family and friends also liked the setup and based off of our experience and happiness with the vacuum three additional people purchased the same vacuum. We now hope we didnt steer them in the wrong direction as we regret our purchase.
At 14 months since purchase the vacuum died with zero warning. It worked fine and then a few days later nothing. We reached out to LG and they were receptive to offering a repair but it was been two weeks since we were promised a resolution and have not heard anything back. Disappointed in the quality and lack of communication when assistance was actually needed.

Within 3 days of buying this the power carpet nozzle AKA the main brush roll attachment completely stopped working. I called LG and they sent a new one but they said many customers are having the same issue. So I have no faith that the new brush roll will be any better. How can such an expensive failure slip through Quality Control?
Other than that its good. Nice suction easy to store and charge. But I dont trust it to last.
