Just bought this over a little over a week ago and just used it for the first time last night, guess my old over was really bad, and this oven cook very fast, was a bit disappointed in the smoke it was making but after reading about it I guess that was normal for a new over, but more disappointed about the noise it makes for the cooling down process.

I chose this oven because it rated well on Consumer Reports and was a good value. It looks great in our newly renovated kitchen, and it works well. Features like rapid pre-heat and temperature adjust for convection were unexpected bonuses. It is intuitive and easy to use and doesn't require a degree in computer science to operate it.

The internal fuse blows and is a very costly repair. I have had the fuse blow twice already, and it was not because I used the self clean. I called Whirlpool and their response was...'well, the oven is several years old. Do you have the extended warranty'.

Bought only two weeks ago but had no issues with the install (replacement) and no issues since. Have used it a few times and have enjoyed its convection quietness, even in cool down mode, its ease of navigating programs, its good looking aesthetics and love, love, love the huge window and two inside lights, I can see everything.

I love the big window and light the most. Usually ovens have tiny windows and mediocre lights at best so I never used them I always had to open the door to check my food. This is my first convection oven and so far I have only used it once and I liked it very much.

I've had my convection oven for a couple of weeks and have cooked in it 3 different times. So many comments about the pre heating time and granted the first time I used it, it was a last minute meal and it was taking quite a bit of time to pre heat. Problem solved: Set to broil, heats right up. When close to your desired temp, switch over to your chosen cooking choice, whether normal bake or convection bake, etc. All in all so far I love it. To love it better, if it had back lighting behind the keypad would be fantastic!

Had for 3 years bought new. Oven is an oven. Seems to put almost as much heat in the room as in the oven. The timer is awful. You never know if you are setting minutes or hours and when setting I am constantly altering the temp instead of setting time. I bought this oven 2 months ago. It was on display. I enjoy all the feathers and the bright displayThe old one I had was a different brand. It lasted about 12 years. I do expect to get long life out of this brand.I set a standard to what I wanted in a wall oven, and I purchased this brand based on the reviews, pricing and comparisons.Now I can say that this oven is better then I originally thought. Love how the convection works! Cookies cook evenly as well as roasts. Just wish did not have to set time when using convection as it shuts off after time is reached whether or not things are done. Have learned to set time longer than needed and use microwave timer especially when doing multiple batches of cookies. That way you do not need to reset convection after each batch. Takes a little longer to heat then last convection oven, But overall almost perfect! Very happy with purchase and whirlpool customer service has been wonderful, as we were missing parts in packaging and they were very prompt in replacing. 4 3/4 stars

This oven is an excellent replacement for the oven that came with our home 10 years ago. The amazing thing is the larger interior size. While fitting perfectly in the existing wall space, this oven is significantly larger (on the inside) than our previous oven. The convection part of the oven is a huge improvement over our conventional oven - truly helps the food to evenly cook in less time. The only recommendation I would make is to the Whirlpool folks to do a series of youtube videos on cooking with this oven -- you might be surprised at how many of us are looking for that before purchasing new appliances.

Leap of faith, as I purchased the newest model with only 5 reviews. The previous model had complaints of very loud fan noise. This one is so quiet - great wall oven. Haven't tried the self cleaning mode yet. Part of a major renovation and couldn't be happier after 3 months.

For the price, this is a good middle of the road oven. The door is solid which was one of the reasons I selected it. Some of the other ovens I tested had a door that felt light-weight and cheap. I love the roll out feature of the bottom rack. It is easy to use and works great. I wasn't in the market for a convection oven but it was a nice added bonus. For the price this is a good choice!

This oven has two problems. First, it takes too long to preheat. Even when you take out the unused oven racks (and put them where?) which is recommended by Whirlpool. Second, it is hard to get the convection temp correct. We have had years of convection oven experience. The preheat problem might have something to do with the fact that we were told we must have a 40amp circuit for the oven but it came as a 20amp.

I just love my new oven! It replaced a 14 yr old convection oven, what a difference! Love the roll out rack. It's quiet, pre heats fast, and the halogen lighting is so bright! The interior of the oven is a lot larger than the old oven also. I can't wait to roast my Thanksgiving turkey and bake my Christmas cookies!
