We bought this range roughly 18 months ago. The bezels around the knob are attached with double sided tape, so you know that's not going to last. The graphics printed on the knobs and on the fascia are worn off. And a knob is broken. Dont buy this.

I am so happy I decided on this range. Easy to use and keep clean! Fifth burner comes in very handy and the convection feature insures even heating. Top broiler is so much nicer to use than the bottom one I was used to. I highly recommend this range for anyone!

I bought this stove last month. It is very well constructed except the stove top grates are poorly designed. I called to inform, so they sent me a different model of the same grate, but they are still not a stable for pots. Whirlpool should make a grate with no breaks in the design. Cooking with smaller pots is impossible, they wobble on the uneven surfaces over the burners. Until they redesign the grate, I do not recommend. But the stove itself is wonderful to cook with.

Well, 1 month to the day of receiving the stove. The oven light blew. Also, being kinda new to gas stoves. I wasnt sure on the broiler. If i use it 1st. Works great but If I've used the oven, I can't broil afterwards. So I called about it and was told i needed a service call. Apparently my stove right from the beginning had an issue. they had to change a board in the panel. as of today my stove is 3 1/2 months old. The local service company was awesome and so far fixed it but i'm very disappointed that it was broken right from the start & i should have received a new stove.

Purchased this a few months ago as the last appliance in our updated kitchen. Used to have an electric stove, no window, no convection. This is a VAST improvement! The grates had a slight height difference which made using the 5th burner a little awkward. A call to cutomer service resulted in new grates being delivered right away and the problem was solved.

Evaluation of Whirlpool stove. Not happy with it.

I am not happy at all with my stove. I have not been able to use my oven until today 10-21-16 and then it takes forever to reach the desired temperature. When the timer goes off saying it is the temperature I need, I have to wait at least 5 more minutes to reach the correct temperature. I have had a repair man come out and he replaced the clock control and also the oven temperature sensor. I really feel with a brand new stove this shouldkk not need to be replaced. I boughtbecause I had one for 19 years and never had a problem with it. Right now I feel I wish I wished I had bought a different name brand.

This range was included in my appliance package. I love the fact that it has 5 burners, is easy to maintain and cooks fast. I don't like the knobs, they light up just with the touch of your clothes. I find myself checking it out all day to make sure they are off.
