Don't be fooled by this beautiful range horrible quality. Bought couple years ago and being busy professional rarely use it. Out of blue started having Err messages. Appliance repair professional said $300 to replace something in head of range. Disgusted!

I've had this stove for about 45 days now, and I have no complaints. It does exactly what I want it to do, it's easy to use, it looks nice, the oven is good sized, and I feel like I got exactly what I wanted for the price I paid. I would recommend this to anyone.

I bought this about 2 years ago. The cooking features are great but the digital read out is going out. Checked into parts, but need to change out the whole computerized display (not cheap). Hard to read time and cooking temp now.

I am still learning to use the flat top and convection oven cooking. I think I will like it but I definately need the cooktop cleaner it does not just wipe off like I thought glass would :(

Had oven set at a particular setting to bake something; had to turn up to bake something else and the temperature dropped before it going up. Oven shuts off when door is open while using convection bake. Temperature of cook top varies too much from set point; too high/too low. Storage drawer cheaply made.

Looks good. But if you need to bake you will be waiting a while. 30 minutes to heat up to 450F. Had a service call and they said it's normal and due to the enclosed bottom coil which makes the oven easier to clean.

Have had the range hooked up for maybe 3 weeks, bought new smooth bottom cookware, did not cook on high heat, bought special cooktop cleaner and still cooktop has scratched and discolored. I hate to use it for fear of something else will get messed up.

I bought this electronic range in 12/21/2016 through Best Buy. Now is July 12, 2018 and already my oven stoped to work after using self cleaning mode. At first oven did not opened after cooling off for one day. Also ceramic tail stoped to work. Showing Error F1E5. After one day it opened but is not worming at all. Ceramic tile started to work again. So upset and disappointed and devastated after fact Whirpool offers only one year Manufactur warranty and I had this range for 1,5 year.

I purchased this because it matched our dishwasher the range works except when you have the convection cooking you can't place a hand on the top because it is so hot! I don't think it should be that hot when baking. That is the only issue I have with the product. It pre heats super fast and easy to keep clean with not showing many finger prints.

Purchased to replace a 1985 JennAir. No way to compare. Getting used to the black smooth top is the greatest challenge. Cleaning cooking top is easier than I expected but does take extra time to polish the surface. Oven seems to take longer to preheat but bakes and broils is satisfactory, The storage drawer is flimsy but offers some storage.

I bought brand new glass top range from Nebraska furniture mart, Whirpool. I use only conduction kitchenware, Glass top scratch first time use and the oven door black stainless steel peels off. Mention that I have the new range, fridge and dishwasher for only 2 months bad stay away

This range had all the features I wanted at a reasonable price. It is stylish in my kitchen and fit in my counter perfectly. I like the modern look (no knobs on the control panel). The convection oven cooked a 10 lb. turkey in considerably shorter time than a regular oven. The burners work well but as many reviewers have stated the glass-top scratches easily when a pot/pan is moved while cooking, which seems to happen with glass-top ranges in general if one is not very careful. Also, you shouldn't try to clean the glass until it has totally cooled to avoid wearing off the black coating glazed onto the glass.

I have recently bought a new stove from the Home Depot it's a Whirlpool there was damage found after getting it home called customer service and talked to Dallas she was very pleasant and helpful the front panel on drawer was scrapped I explained that I had to rent van to get the stove Home Depot said I could return and get new stove but that would cost me another rental Dallas was so helpful and had a new panel sent to me and I installed myself but she saved me cost for a rental and time which was very helpful I highly suggest that you should recognize her and the service she does for your company and customers she is the type of person you and your company needs make sure you keep her . in my opinion she's a great asset to your company sorry so long of a letter Thanks again Dallas

My husband is the cook and has no complaints with this electric range. Burners heat up quickly. Controls are easy. Lighting on controls is light blue. Alarm is a little mild to hear. Oven heating elements are hidden under the oven floor for easy cleaning. I've never thought the radiant stove tops (or any stove top for that matter) have been that easy to keep clean but the black top is a good choice. Pairs well for looks with our other Whirlpool appliances.

I bought this stove as part of updating all my kitchen appliances. The stove has operated flawlessly so far. The oven heats up quickly and cooks food evenly and crisp especially when using the convection function. The only complaints i have are it's hard to keep the smooth top surface blemish free and the timer and oven temp function is hard to set. You must hit start when changing the temp and timer settings.

I bought this to replace an old Kemore unit. It looks great and works well. I do notice though, they don't make 'em like they used to. Door feels light and doesn't seem to close as snugly. Oven seems slow to heat ( I haven't yet checked temp calibration)

Bought a few weeks ago and have loved it. Only complaint is that the heat on the burners is low even on the highest setting. Makes it difficult to saute foods (but helps my partner not burn anything).
