The oven does not work properly. A repair man came out and replaced the computer. Still will not keep the correct temperature. 1 star because it was under warranty and I didn't have to pay for the repair that didn't fix it.

The worst electric range I have ever had.

I bought this range back in May along with a new dishwasher and microwave and unfortunately because I live in the desert I did not try to use my oven for 4 months. I am 83 years old and have never written a complaint in my life. When I did try to use my new range the food came out under cooked. I set my oven for 400 degrees and when it beeped and said 400 degrees on the cook top I put my food in for the 1 hour I have been cooking this recipe for over sixty years and served it to my family to find out it was not cooked enough. I also find that the cook top gets extremely hot when the oven is set at a high temp. I would be very worried if my grand children touched it. I have had several electric ranges over the years and have never had a problem with any of them. I have had the service man here two times and he tells me that this is the way the new appliances are made. While he was here the second time I had him look at the bottom of my dishwasher and tell me what was hanging out of the bottom. He laughed and said it was the insulation that had fallen out of the bottom. He was good enough to fix it for me. I have had Whirlpool washing machines and dryers over the years and have been very satisfied. I would never recommend Whirlpool to anyone again. I am very unhappy. The serviceman raised the temp on the oven mechanism and I have not tried it since he was here yesterday. When the range control registers 400 it should be 400 instead of 350 which my oven thermometer registered. The heat that this generates in a room is more than any other range I have ever used. If this is normal to you, I am very disappointed.

Overall great for the features & value provided. The extra warming burner is a nice addition on the range. The preset settings for frozen items like pizza & lasagna is also a nice addition. I purchased this in June and it was delivered by mid July. Unfortunately after delivery, it was not properly installed and by Labor day the oven did not work. The harness was not properly bolted in. The store has changed installers and the new company is much more professional and have been very helpful trying to correct the errors from the other installer since I am within the year warranty. Just make sure if you do buy this model that the installer securely bolts the harness in the back at the bottom. I am used to self cleaning oven and because of the harness issue I haven't been able to test the set clean feature. I have tried manually to clean, but trying not to use abrasives. Perhaps when the new harness is installed, everything will work great like it did when I first used it to make several cheesecakes and broil 2 steaks on different occasions.

I broke my wifes old glass top stove, so I owed her a new one of her choice (within a certain price range). This was her first pick. We were reluctant to pay extra for the printless stainless steel, but glad we did. It looks great and easy to clean. I'm still waiting to see how much impact this will have on the electric bill in comparison to the old stove, but I'm confident we'll be in the green. Overall a great stove and oven. Well worth the price.

This seems to be a decent stove so far. A couple things are quite different from stoves I have owned in the past. When using the features such as bake or timer, you must hit the start button once you have made your selections. It is a challenge to remember to do so, much more so if you have had other ranges that just begin once selected. The other thing that surprised me was the bottom drawer is not very sturdy. It feels like very light gauge stainless and does not have great drawer slides. That said, it does a nice job with everything else, looks good, and has not given me any issues.

I was hesitant after reading reviews to order this but I have no complaints! Heats up fast and cooks so well! Easy to clean also. I haven't tried the frozen bake yet but what a unique feature to have.

Glass ceramic top

Love this stove & all its features including the glass ceramic top. There is one thing I'm concerned about is the lower drawer I use for small pots & pan & their lids. The inside is very sharp where you pull out drawer. Have to remember not to grab it too fast. I am a long time buyer of Whirlpool products.

Oven went out after 3 uses.....

Bought a home. The seller provided this brand new oven. The stove element went out after 3 uses. I contacted the seller to find the receipt. She has misplaced it. I now have to pay to repair a oven after 3 uses. Highly disappointed with this appliance and company.
