I bought this 2 weeks ago and like it pretty well. The freezer space seems not quite optimized and our meat drawer sticks (probably because it was the store model) but we like it otherwise.

I bought this refrigerator as a second refrigerator for an entertainment room near my pool. It is not nearly the quality of the Whirlpool refrigerator that I have in my main kitchen. The plastic tirm around the glass shelves bends when I touch them. When I pull out the drawer that hangs from one of the shelves the whole shelf pulls forward. When I close the refrigerator door, the freezer door pops open. Not so energy efficient when that happens! I'm just glad it is not my primary refrigerator.

Came with the house. Had to have it serviced because of a rattle. Still a very noisy unit.Shelves do not fit tightly. Drawers do not open easily. But it keeps food cold.

We live in an apartment and needed a slightly bigger refrigerator than the complex offering. Our purchase of our Whirlpool was was perfect! It gives us more room than we expected! We love the crisper and meat drawer features too! The only way to make it better would be having the freezer at the bottom.

I just love my new whirlpool my old one is 25 years old and still works great but a friend needed one so I let her have mine and I got a new Whirlpool and I'm so glad I did it is the best refrigerator and I would get another one if I should ever need one

Bought this refrigator 4 months ago. If you shut the bottom door the top door pops open. If you shut the top door shut the top door the bottom door pops open. Have shut either door easily. Now the bottom door is sticking and has to be pushed shut or it will stay open. Had one service call on it already. The service person this is typical for this model. Poor engineering. Not a proud American product. They should send a can of WD-40 with the unit.

I am very happy with my purchase. This fridge is functional and perfect for a small townhome or a first time homeowner. It has a small issue with the pullout drawer but once you discover the trick to it this fridge can hold all your needs. My machine has a choice of having an ice maker installed as well.

We were very happy to find a fridge that would fit into our limited space and also had the features we wanted, including glass shelves. It was the only fridge of this size we could find with this feature. So much nicer than wire shelves.

Purchased several weeks ago. Whirlpool reliability and great spacing feature to ensure rear of fridge and wall do not interfere with water line and power cord. Would suggest wheel locks to keep fridge from rolling forward when door is opened too quickly.

The exterior surface is attractive and easy to clean. The freezer compartment did not come with ice cube trays or storage bin...had to use one from my previous refrigerator. The refrigerator section has several things that could be changed to improve this appliance. The light is not centrally located and illumination is not even throughout. The bulb also gets in the way and is easily bumped. The unit needs one additional shelf. There is too much wasted space where items could be placed for lack of a shelf. I priced an additional shelf because there are guides that could accommodate another shelf. The amount quoted was $110.00 which seemed excessive, given the fact the entire refrigerator cost about $575.00. There is much wasted space in the lower section of the door. With some design changes this area could be developed as storage in the door. The plastic compartment containers do not slide easily. The compressor noise is noticeable in a kitchen where I use the unit. It wouldn't be a problem in a basement or garage location.The unit does not run excessively which should be good for electricity consumption. It cools well, maintaining a freezer temp. around 0 degrees and refrigerator temp. varies from 36 to 40 degrees, which I find acceptable. The compact dimensions were one of the reasons I purchased this unit. I have very limited space in my kitchen. With the exception of the door storage suggestion noted above, the rest of the door has deep storage areas and is able to accommodate fairly large jars and plastic containers. For the purchase price it is a pretty good refrigerator.

As refrigerators go,the Whirlpool product we bought replaced an older unit that gave up the ghost and quit cooling.For a refrigerator,that's bad.We went to our local appliance dealer and looked at the selection and almost immediately picked out the model we purchased. It had everything we were looking for,storage space,ease of operation and cleaning,shelf and drawer space,and overall,a good looking machine.We wanted a unit that was simple in design and just plain worked as we expected to. We aren't disappointed.Love our new refrigerator.

We had an old Whirlpool fridge that didn't die but it was time for a new one.The shelves are made of glass and are easy to clean.It is smaller than our old fridge, but that was our choice.Now we have to fit all our stuff in this one.The only drawback I see if the one light bulb.With the price of LED's faling,you would think all fridges wouldbe better illuminated.

This refrigerator was (and is) a disappointment. It arrived 3 weeks late because it wasn't in stock when it was supposed to be. It also doesn't have a dual temp. control, which I expected it to have. With only one control, the items in the fridge are freezing and the items in the freezer are soft. Not what I need. The meat drawer can only attach at one place and that is in the middle of the shelf, so it means both sides are too small for some items. There are also problems moving the shelves. You can only remove them by emptying them and turning them completely vertical. There are also gaps between the door and the gasket that goes around it. The door does not close without me intentionally pushing it. I have had a Whirlpool refrigerator previously that I was very happy with. I regret purchasing this one.
