Works well but grates move too much

The cooktop power burner initially was slow to ignite. We have a wonderful dealer who did a thoroughly fine job repairing the unit under warranty. The indents which hold the grates, however, are not deep enough and there is no way to correct this problem. If there is even a tiny bit of moisture where the grates rest on the cooktop, they move excessively. This problem is the only reason for the "poor" rating in design.

I SWITCHED FROM ELECTRIC TO GAS AND I LOVE IT. THIS STOVETOP IS REALLY GREAT.
