Took advantage of the May is Maytag month promo to buy a full set of kitchen appliances. Machine is very quiet and seems to washes very well. The racks don't seem to accommodate bowls as well as our old machine and other machines we looked at had more creative ways to hold things like longer utensils. Other than being stainless, something about this machine doesn't quite look like it belongs to the set.

This is by far the quietest dishwasher we have owned, and we have had several over the years. One negative is it does not load and nicely as our last Maytag did, but the dishes clean well and overall it was a great purchase.

The first thing my family noticed is the door stays down when you open the dishwasher. The old one would bounce. I love the silverware basket and stainless steel walls. Adjustable shelf is a plus. Very solid quality

In my opinion this one is not as efficient as my old one that was only 9 years old when the water pump ceased to empty the machine. I have to rewash more items and I am not loading as heavily as the old one. Why??

I have used my new Maytag dishwasher 5 times so far and I am totally satisfied! I love the design of the top rack! I can put taller items on the right and I can pile large cooking utensils on the left. Everything has come out clean. I just love this dishwasher and would definitely recommend i! Thank you for another great product! It is also very quiet.

I was sad when my previous Maytag's racks rusted through and I could no longer find replacements for the bottom rack...the top rack was almost $200 so we decided to replace the machine. I knew I wanted another Maytag and this machine did not disappoint! This thing gets off burned on casserole cheese or whatever! I would highly recommend!

The controller went out after 3 mo and had to be replaced. Dish racks must be made from the poorest steel available. Dish racks rusted out after 6 mo. and most of the tines have fallen off. Over $200 to replace dish racks. Avoid this junk.

I have had this dishwasher a short time and from the beginning it had a horrible moldy smell - even with doing the dishes 2-3 a week. This never happened with my other dishwashers. It does clean the dishes very well and you can't even hear it run.

I am happy that my dishes come out nice and clean, which is the ultimate goal! It is very quiet when it operates, and the different wash cycle choices are nice features. However, I feel that there are improvements that need to be made. Although it is the same size machine as my old one, there is less room on the inside to put my dishes, as the rack configurations do not allow me to put all my large and small dishes, etc., in spaces that I was used to having in my old machine. This requires that I use my new machine more often. In addition to needing to use it more often, it takes more than twice as long as my old machine to complete a normal wash cycle!
