Love having the freezer on the bottom, only problem with that the grandson can now get his own ice cream!!!! Having an issue with ice build up under the freezer rack. Hoping we have it fixed.

I bought this appliance about 2 months ago. I was looking for a bottom freezer and this was an inexpensive choice. The freezer door swings open rather than pulls out. I think I would have preferred a pull out drawer where the contents come out as well. This one I have to get down and reach into it to get to the frozen food. Not as convenient as I had hoped.

My husband and I recently purchased this refrigerator and could not be more pleased. It is extremely efficient and spaciously designed. We love the light in the freer and the extra roomy shelves on the refrigerator door that easily hold pitchers etc. A wonderful appliance all around!

For the money this is just right. It is easy to access and clean. The freezer is very easy to access. We have had it for over a month and it seems to be working fine. The only thing that is a problem is that the control panel on the top shelf interferes with tall items. I am getting used to "going around" the panel. It seems like it could be a little smaller.

the bottom freezer is great for me since I am not in the freezer much & everything else is at eye level - the temperature controls are easy to see and use - also the door is deeper than my old one and is easier to use

All refrig should have freezer on bottom as you are NOT always bending down to see what is in refrig. Great size and use of space. Best refrig ever owned, way better than side by sides.

I bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. I had one similar in my old house and when I moved my new house had a refrigerator with the freezer on top. It didn't take long for me to replace it with this one and I couldn't be happier. I like the options of being able to adjust the shelf heights to fit my needs and also the door shelves. I like the fridge on top because that's what you use most frequently. I would highly recommend this style to anyone who is looking to buy.

I have had my new MayTag bottom Freezer Refrigerator for over a month. I researched the customer reviews on this item before purchasing it. It had a lot of 5 Star ratings and I now know why. It is a fantastic product. I love the shelves being easy to reach at eye level and the convenience of the bottom freezer. My requirements for this appliance were 1) bottom freezer 2) single door without ice/water 3) black exterior and 4) reasonably priced. There are not many brands out there that fulfill all four of these, but this Maytag product does. I love the shelves in the doors and the pull out drawer in the freezer. It also came with an built in ice maker. It runs fairly quiet and keeps the food cold and/or frozen. I am so glad I made this purchase.

The frig is great. Lots of space. Love that the freezer is on the bottom and big drawer is so convenient. The shelving in the frig is great. I can move shelves to where I need them and I love all the shelves in the door. I cannot say enough goodthings about it.

After soon extensive research we settled on the Maytag, it is the perfect size for our kitchen and lifestyle. We purchased the black as it marries up well with our other appliances. Delivered on March 8, 2014, so far it has been a great addition and has functioned very well. I am ever hopeful it will last the 20+ years our old Kenmore did.

Just what I wanted! I love the individual double shelves per level instead of just a one piece shelf per level. It allows for different configurations. This frig does not have a lot of bells and whistles, it just keeps what you want cold, cold.I wish it came equipped with a butter tray but, oh well. (reason for 1 less star than perfect rating.)I don't keep a loaded frig like most people, I would rather buy groceries more often and have it fresh. So, for me a frig is there to keep beer cold and leftovers fresh.

The fridge had to fit into a 29.5 inch space. I wanted something with a ice maker. I really wanted the freezer on the bottom so this refrigerator was perfect. I like the black, it doesn't show dings/dents. The spill catcher shelves are great, makes clean up easier and the bottom of my fridge doesn't get messy (plus my wife really appreciates not finding hidden messes at the bottom of the fridge).

I bought this appliance after my old Kenmore started to rust out. I love the bottom freezer. All my refrigerator food is eye level and since I spend more time in the refrigerator than the freezer, it is very convenient. It's a tad noisy but nothing I can't live with.

Purchased this refrigerator in December - it is quiet, and very efficient. The vegetable/fruit drawers are really nice in that they keep the veges & fruits very fresh for longer than the refrigerator that I replaced with this model. The spill proof shelves are great, and clean up very easily. The freezer compartment, with the rack and the drawer work nicely, and hold a lot of items. The temp controls are easy to use, and are consistent with keeping the temps in both the fridge part and the freezer. The shelves and interior clean up very easily, along with the outside. The lighting in both compartments is very good to see everything inside. The only thing that I would have liked better would be larger capacity drawers in the refrigerator compartment. Nice appliance for the money!

I really enjoy this design. The door opens wide to the bottom freezer. The racks are sturdy and accessible. Lots of shelf space in the fridge. Well lit and easy to clean design. The only negative I have experienced is a random vibration as the compressor starts but typically it is quiet.

The freezer on the bottom is more user friendly than the top freezer. I like the built in casters that allow you to move the refrigerator for easy cleaning. It runs quietly and I am looking forward to our next power bill. I expect to see a difference.

This refrigerator is so awesome. Most of today's refrigerators are either small or huge. This is a very nice size for a smaller to medium sized kitchen. It has a lot of space in both the frig and freezer. The shelves are easily adjustable. It is very quiet. Would definitely recommend this appliance to anyone.

I love this refrigerator! I was so pleased to find a bottom freezer refrigerator in the smaller size we needed to fit our space. It is very attractive and I love the sturdy shelving in the door. It holds so many things and is really well organized. The refrigerator capacity is great and I can easily find things on the shelves and in the drawers. The bottom freezer takes a little getting used to, but now I really like it! The basket pulls out a little to access your frozen food, and you can lift it a bit, and it pulls out further to get to the things in the back. I also like the handle as it has a smooth finish and cleans easily. A great buy for the money!

Not much I can say about it, which is usually a good thing. It's a little noisy when making ice, but who cares? The door shelves are adjustable and a good width for the products you buy, like Milk, Wine, Orange juice etc.

I knew this was a smaller fridge, but I had no choice with the space available in the new home. I have a really bad lower back and this is just a dream!!!! I don't have to bend over every single time I go into the fridge. Everything is easy to see and well lighted. I really like that there's a door on the freezer, and it's not a big heavy drawer on the outside.Yes, the capacity is less than we're used to, but we put a fridge in the utility room for items less used, and a small one close to the master bath (for cosmetics, prescriptions, etc) and thus this is the perfect size for the kitchen.

I needed a new fridge for a tiny kitchen in a small manufactured home...wanted something with clean lines for a mid century modern design. This fit the bill perfectly. Exactly what I wanted and in my price range. My energy bill has dropped dramatically as well...I should have just bit the bullet last year when I bought a used fridge, which used an enormous amount of electricity and crashed spectacularly within six months of purchase. So happy to have a new one, with a warranty!

I find this unit to be spacious, the freezer is highly efficient and the ice maker is conveniently located. The frig is capable of handling a large amount of food and its' contents are easy to access.

Over all the product serves all purposes. easy access to fruit, vegetables, and bottles and cartons.Freezer has great storage even with the ice maker.Very noisy motor. Loud pop and then a humming sound that last for 35 seconds. Don't have the ice maker hooked, not sure what the noise is.
