The fridge is amazing, lots of space and the adjustments inside the freezer door are really nice also. I love that we have the water filter replacement reminder in there as well. However I do wish there was more holes to be able to adjust freezer shelf height somethings are difficult to fit in there

I received a damaged appliance warranty department does not answer my calls

I bought a new home built by Lenar. It came with a damaged refrigerator door. Lenar will not help in. The Warranty department does not answer my calls. The refrigerator handle has a box cutter gash down the front of the handle. There™€™s Apoxsee underneath the freezer handle please somebody please help. Every time I open the refrigerator door. It™€™s a reminder of how frustrating this is.

I love my new refrigerator. It™€™s very functional. It™€™s so nice to be able to see everything in it at a glance, no pulling things out to look behind and around. I love having the freezer side by side too. No longer do I have to bend down and dig around for things. Sorry I™€™m out of town with my new grandchild and unable to send pictures at this time. My grandchildren are going to love the idea that they can get water themselves and not have to have me pour it from a picture. They can get hydrated as often as they like. The only thing I™€™ll miss is this was also my photo gallery. Family would look forward to seeing their pictures on the refrigerator in magnetic frames. When I removed them from my old refrigerator they also removed some of the surface, I don™€™t want to take that chance with my new refrigerator. Love, love, love it!

Had 3 different refrigerators delivered until I got one that was not defective. The doors were misaligned in a way they could not be adjusted. All came in original packaging from the manufacturer. Poor craftsmanship. Just hope it last for a while since I paid so much for it.

We love our new refrigerator and would give it 5 stars if the ice maker was of better quality. This is our second one sicnsince making the original purchase. The first refrigerator that was delivered made a loud vibrating sound when the ice make reset after filling. Best Buy replaced the entire refrigerator very quickly very pleased. The second one is better but the refill of the ice maker is loud as well but it is working. We will keep an eye on it, but overall the price paid matches our product expectation.

We got that fridge because of the limited space allowing less than 36 in width fridge. We are surprised of how much the capacity is for both the freezer and the fridge area due to the wide shelves in the doors. The fridge is quite. The water and ice dispensers outside are a plus. We have thefridge for about 2 months now and we are happy with it so far.

When I was upgrading from a single top on top freezer and fridge I was so excited! Now that I have the side by side I wish I would of waited and got the French doors with the pull out freezer don™€™t get me wrong this refrigerator is an amazing unit but if your looking for or needing more space than the conventional fridge go with a French door set up. But if your just need a nice fridge set up with a small family of 2 or 3 then you shouldn™€™t have any issues with this fridge.

I have been married 49 years and this is the worst appliance I have ever owned.This week will be the 5th time a repairman will be at my home. So far the ice maker and the mother board have been replaced. It still loses temperature and after the icemaker fills makes a grinding noise for about an hour before it starts working again. It is less than one year old. If you can get through to Frigidaire they just say they will send a repairman. I find it unacceptable that a new refrigerator doesn't work.

Our 25 year old frigidaire fridge finally gave up last month and needed to be replaced. And to replace it with what? Of course another frigidaire -since it has lasted the test of time and proven it is good quality and had no issues during all that time. Ice cube size is great. Not too big, not too small. The fridge and freezer sides are bigger than you think. Drawers pull out smooth and the door shelves are nice. I had a GE that didn't make it past 2.5years, so I'm hoping this one lasts a long time.
