I love this ac. My big big issue is this stupid app that it is worthless. For the life of me your old app was a hundred times better. It looks to me you have an app person who does not have clue what's so ever on how an app works.

Bought this for a 240 square foot room and it is performing very well. Im not sure why people have trouble with wifi pairing - it set up easily and works consistently for me. Noise level is not the quietest but in now way is too loud.

The app 2.0 is literally unusable. Unfortunately, we have been forced to switch to the new app (2.0) with constant reminders and warnings. When I have tried to switch apps, either the Frigidaire registration website crashes, or if I do manage to get past registration, the app crashes when I try to sync my a/c with our wifi. Since the app is required to use the scheduling function on the a/c, we cannot use that part of the a/c. There is a customer support phone number on the Frigidaire website, but when I call it, I get a recording telling me to leave a message and they will get back to me. After a few days, we are still waiting for that call.

When I first got it it said it always defaults to eco-mode after being shut off, I thought it would get annoying but actually stays pretty consistent with the temp setting in the room even though It cycles on and off the compressor. Very pleased with my purchase.

I love it, but every night the setting change from 60 degrees on High to 62 degrees on Auto when connected to wifi and app. I don™™t have a schedule set or timer. I can™™t figure out why. Maybe it™™s a fluke or defective?

The unit is very effective and cools a large area quickly. It can be a little bit loud but that's expected. The remote isn't working for some reason but I can use the app on my phone to access the same functions. It is quite powerful for it's size, and I would recommend it.

I bought this down a month ago and I™™m really happy with the look of the product. I like that you could connect it with your phone and control it because the remote wasn™™t working for me. The first few weeks the unit was very quiet, but now it can get a bit loud unless I keep it on low.

This air con is awesome. Wifi, aesthetic, sound, etc etc etc. It's super powerful for my small space too! I mean it's an air conditioner so let's be real here. Is it quiet? Yes...for an air conditioner. If you think it's not going to make some noise you're kidding yourself. The only weird thing is that it clicks and rattles a little... I thought I had a mouse in my apt for the first two nights. I have no issues with this AC and would buy another if I had to!

Easy setup, nice design. Love the insulating panels on the side. However, the WiFi setup just doesn™™t work. This unit can™™t even seek a network, holding the button just beeps, but doesn™™t search. At least the remote works, and it keeps things cool. Support center seems a bit swamped.

The Cool Connect Air Conditioner has a handy Wi-Fi enabled control system that can be configured to have two states during a 24 hour period. It's very nice to be able to set day and night cycles. The interface isn't the most intuitive and it took several attempts to get it on the Wi-Fi, but now its humming along fine and has maintained its connection since we installed it.The main caveat is that we hoped buying a new unit would result in a quieter device, but its still a window unit. It took me a week or so to get used to the new hum that is about 50 dB 10 feet away. Mixed good/bad: the air conditioner comes with a remote, but the main interface controls are not very visible from a distance. If you manually make adjustments with your phone, you will touch a control and then wait a few seconds for it to go out via Wi-Fi and come back. Adding Bluetooth to the device might make it more responsive, but also more expensive.

It has a lot of parts to set up, the instructions were a bit backwards and confusing (then again, it was SO HOT in my apartment at the time so the heat may have been getting to me at that point) but hell, it didn™™t take to long and it™™s easy to operate!

Bought and installed today to replace a dying bedroom window AC. I bought this specifically because it was advertised as and reviewed by many as quiet; it will be in our bedroom and our bedroom isn™™t that big. The installation was easy. However, the app is truly terrible. Thankfully it™™s primary use would be for setting the AC™™s on/off schedule so if you can get it to work once, that™™s probably enough. The unit cools quickly and efficiently but it is not at all quiet. It™™s so loud I couldn™™t fall asleep and I have never had an AC so loud it kept me awake; I had to turn it off. I think it™™s probably louder than the 15 year old unit in my living room. Given that noise was a primary factor in my decision making, I™™m pretty disappointed. I™™m going to have to swap this unit with the 15 year old living room unit or buy a replacement.

We chose this a/c for multiple reasons... my wife wanted something that looks nice and I wanted something that works. This particular a/c not only is beautiful it does the job, I also love the fact that I can turn it on from my phone before we come home and have the place nice and cold when we get there.

I™™ve had this a year so far and it works great. Very cool and sleek design. The room cooling works fast and gets super cold. The smart features that link to Alexa and to my iPhone and iPad are fun and Useful when they work. Although app doesn™™t always work well.

Easy to install and configure to work with Alexa. Takes commands like "Alexa, set the air conditioner to 65" and it says "OK". Love it. Never have to look for a remote anymore (it's included but don't need it)

We had a window a/c in our Master Bedroom, to supplement our central air system. The old a/c had gotten moldy so we replaced it this fall with this Frigidaire technological marvel. It's quiet, cools the room when we need it, and (once you learn how to operate it) is simple to operate. The a/c has a modern look to it; very sleek. Cleaning the filter is very easy.

Bought this and another one in July when we first moved into a new house. The unit cooled both rooms I put it in. Worked well for small room. Large room was a challenge unless I let it run all day. The one in the kitchen I never noticed, but the one in the bedroom was loud when it started/stopped. Better when it ran at low continuously, let us sleep to the dull hum.

Every night I power down the unit and every morning I power it back up. It is useless in Eco mode; it simply does not cool enough to cool the room I have it in. Yet, Cool mode does not live through shut down and restart. It always reverts to Eco and I always, every day, have to re-choose cool. Very poor design and makes the attempt to force every customer to use Eco when Eco does not work for every situation.

I got this during the heatwave in nyc this summer and it worked well for the most part. My apartment is about 500 sq ft and it mostly cooled off the room. It was nice to be able to schedule the time to turn it on, and do so remotely, etc. But then I tried to turn off the scheduling and it didn™™t work. My ac kept turning on by itself even though I turned the schedule off. So not ideal. It looks really nice and high end though.

I was looking for something that would look good in my room, it™™s definitely an eye catcher. The AC can cool down a room pretty quickly even in the heat that I live in although having it on the highest setting does make it pretty loud but it™™s usually not necessary unless you want to cool it down quickly and then you could put it to the lower setting and then just keep it there. After looking on many sites for an AC that has both Wi-Fi and looks good this one was the only one that I kept going back to.

My air conditioner was easy to install and starts up and cools the room quickly and efficiently. I also love that there is a Frigidaire app that I can use to start up the unit when I am away from home and want to cool off my space in advance.

I bought this AC in the middle of a Philly summer. Immediately happy with the decision! Kept our bedroom very cool, and am able to use the app to have it start cooling off before we know we'll be home. Would definitely recommend to others.

I bought this item thinking it would cool my apartment. However, it doesn't really cool it down well and it is extremely heavy also. Definitely really pricey for a subpar product. I bought two and wish I could refund it. Also, i was supposed to get a rebate for each of these products and never received one either.
