We have this air conditioner on property for 5 years! It was running all the the time fine. So, now I bought same unit again. It's very easy to replace old unit on a new. It's great conditioner for small area or just a room. Definitely recommend to buy.

Purchased to cool a small bedroom. Stopped cooling in less than 3 years. The unit is loud and makes a rattling noise. It switches to "HO" mode on it's own.
