Bought this in July. I just took it out in Nov. it worked so well keeping me cool and keeping the humid low. I kept using it even when it cooled a little jut to keep out the high humidity My power went dow considerably when I replaced the one I was using after installing my new unit.

I purchased this unit to cool my room and right out of the box it didn't cool. Compressor came on no cooling all control's were set right. I called the store and returned this product. With the time spend traveling back to return alot of time was lost in money. I did replace it and the new one is working at this time.

I bought this air conditioner when my other broke down. I am super happy with the performance. It cools of my entire one bedroom apartment in about a half hour. The only reason I gave it a four was I wish it was quieter. It™™s not super loud but I™™ve had quieter. Excellent product and would buy another.

I had purchase this unit newly sealed. Brought it home, plugged it in and did not fully operate. Took it in to an appliance store and they just plugged it in and it operated fully and blew air very nicely. I brought it back home and had the same issue. Contacted an electrican to see if if was my outlet and breaker, he informed I had no issues but he scented burn fumes coming from the condensor. New unit and having issues. Please advise.

Purchased this product to use in a spare/office room that is 180 square feet (maximum). The first time, I set it up, plugged it in, turned it to cool mode at 63degrees and waited about 15 minutes for it to cool the room. 3 feet directly in front of the AC blew cool air, the rest of the room stayed warm - I say warm because it was 78 degrees. I tried it multiple times since then at different temperatures, to no avail; it's a 3 feet and done air conditioner when at 8,000BTU, it's supposed to work on a 350 square foot room. I am highly disappointed and it is too late to return the product. The AC did not in any way measure up to its specifications or stated purpose. I heard rave reviews about Frigidaire hence the purchase, but this product has been found wanting. Hoping Frigidaire can rectify this in some form.

Works well at the express purpose (cooling rooms), but the beeping of the controls is much louder than I'd like and the mechanisms can rattle a bit and I had to tape down the the filter to keep it from rattling.

This has been our best Air Conditioner yet! It may be a little loud but it works like a charm, It is getting colder where my husband and I live and we love using the fan mode, it keeps the room cool based on outside temperature. We also love Sleep Mode! It increases the temp slightly during the night to make it comfortable! This was a super great buy for us and we will continue to buy Frigidaire products!

I bought this airconditioner for use in my bedroom to use during the Massachusetts summers. It cools the room adequately but is still louder than I had wished it to be. To be fair, I only use it during our 'heat waves' which are usually hotter and muggier than normal. It does it job for the price.

Just brought this today. Went through all the trouble of getting it up a flight of stairs and into my window. Plugged it in and hit the reset button. It won't turn on. Tried to call for support, but of course no one is there on the weekend when people who work can actually call with questions. They give you numbers to other places but I want frigidaire to answer for this. Will look into getting a refund, will never buy frigidaire again. Do not buy this product as I don't thing they're testing them before shipping them out.
